Founder

Noorayisahbe Binti Mohd Yaacob (P.h.D) a researcher in Biomedical & Computer Engineering (BIOCORE) Applied Research Group at University Technical Malaysia Malacca (UTeM) since 2013. She received her M.Sc. degree by research in Software Engineering and Intelligence System for Healthcare Management from University Technical Malaysia Malacca (UTeM) in 2016 and her B.Sc. degree in Software Development (Hons) from UTeM in 2013 & she received her diploma in Information Technology & Communication (Programming) from Seberang Perai Polytechnic in 2009. She has working experiences in both multinational industry and education sector for more than 5 years. She was teaching at University and as a System Engineer at International company. She received her professional certificated as certified Software Tester from International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), Oracle Developer form Oracle Corporation, Industry Based in PHP & MySQL, HTML5 Mobile Development, INFOSYS, and CompTIA A+. She is the author and co-author of national and international scientific journal publications. She is also presenter/ participant in scientific journal & software product in academic conferences. She has been organized education talk including conference and workshop collaborated with the university. She also delivery research consultation in the various research area. Her research areas of interest are in the healthcare domain include telemedicine, biomedical computing, health informatics, software engineering & development, and Information System.

 

Mohamed Doheir currently a Ph.D. researcher in Health Care Management in University Technical Malaysia Malaka (UTeM). He received his M. Sc. degree in Internet Working Technology from University Technical Malaysia Malaka (UTeM) in 2012. He received his B.Sc. Degree in Educational Computer Science from Al Aqsa University- Gaza, Palestine in 2006. His research interests are in Health care, Wireless Sensor Network, Cloud Computing, and Network Simulation.
